How do I return an item?
If You are Not Satisfied with the Products You Ordered …
Contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).
For unused products in their original packaging, we will issue a credit (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the returned product(s). For products which have damaged or missing packaging, we will issue a credit (less shipping charges) less a 25% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned product(s). Products which have been used will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Pack products to be returned in a suitable shipping carton sealed with carton sealing tape (not masking tape) and send them to:

You are responsible for return shipping, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable). In order to avoid incurring brokerage fees, duties, and taxes, return shipments from the USA or overseas should be shipped via the postal service (not via courier service), with customs documentation declaring that the contents are returned goods. Return shipments should be appropriately insured; Lynx Leisure can not be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to the products during shipping.
Returned items absent return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
