The giant chess set looks very impressive. I found that a lot of people couldnot play chess, however, admired their looks. More campers played with checkers, the kids making up their own game usually. My only suggestion would be to include more king (sticks) to facilate stacking and storing at end of day.

Assembly is easy, but the product can crack to easily as it is made out of thin plastic – should be sturdier, heavier plastic.

This product has received extensive use since we installed it in July and was an instant hit with the users of our Park. The only problem we encountered was with the 2 piece base coming apart. We had placed a small amount of sand in each piece to prevent them from blowing over in wind conditions. If children were rough with the pieces (dropping or striking them together) the base would come apart. We since removed the sand, cleaned the grove and have had no problems since. If we decide to add sand again, we will seal the base together using a fine bead of urethyne.
