One of the pieces to our giant chess game went missing :( We called Lynx and Chris provided the most awesome customer service. The best customer service we have ever received. He went above & beyond to find us a replacement piece & provided numerous suggestions as to how to use various other games that we have purchased in ways that we hadn't imagined. thanks Chris!

We are very pleased with the service of Lynx Leisure Inc. When Chris was contacted about a couple of defective inserts we received a prompt reply. New replacement pieces were shipped to us. Very Good Service from this company.

I really wanted something different for my condo balcony decor. My partner and I love chess so we sought out your site. I had to use the search tab on the site to get a list of what you had to offer. I couldn't easily access a catalog or list of everything u had. I found the piece we wanted - Knight in white. Delivery was quick however once the item was here we soon found out it was made of plastic not wood as we had assumed. It wasn't clear on the ordering site what it was made of. Slightly disappointed but enjoying the piece all the same. I am happy you all are asking for feedback as I think your site could be more user friendly. Hopefully I will win the survey $100 so we can purchase one that is solid wood. Thanks for taking the time to hear us out.

A good product for recreational use.
Replacement i piece bases are much better than the original 2 piece through the threading can be a little tight.
Our set has been in heavy use for 7 years and only now are we seeing that some pieces (tops) should be replaced (due to abuse).

I needed on of those giant replacement chess pieces, so I just left a message at the phone number and got a call back first thing in the morning. We made sure it was the right replacement piece and then I just paid with paypal, no muss or fuss. I would definitely recommend Lynx Leisure.
